Unemployment is at a 26 year high, a search on the internet for my field reveals 6 positions in metro Los Angeles, and the GDP is dropping like a stone. I was thinking that if I could only live on much less, reduce my expenses, but keep some of my former income - just $15,000 per year with the right expense base will be living like a king. For what ever reason Five Dollars a day became the figure in my mind. That is $150 a month. Very little money. How is it possible to live on such a small amount?
