I was looking at the want ads, listening to the TV, and the economic news was and is bleak. Unemployment is at a 26 year high, a search on the internet for my field reveals 6 positions in metro Los Angeles, and the GDP is dropping like a stone. I was thinking that if I could only live on much less, reduce my expenses, but keep some of my former income - just $15,000 per year with the right expense base will be living like a king. For what ever reason Five Dollars a day became the figure in my mind. That is $150 a month. Very little money. How is it possible to live on such a small amount? How could anyone live on Five Dollars a Day and have anything close to a normal American lifestyle?
Would you want to live on Five Dollars A Day Would it even be a life worth living?

Hmmmm . . . I don't know if I can restrict myself to just $5/day if I'm not staying in. But my own personal goal is to generate just $5 in extra income, each day. Wish me luck and, since we are on a similar track, please follow my blog.
